What happens when you contact us
Your first consultation is free. When you call or submit the form, our team will take down the basics of your situation, in English or Spanish, and schedule you with the right attorney: immigration matters, criminal charges, or cases involving both. During the consultation the attorney will review your circumstances, explain your realistic options, and tell you honestly what we can and cannot do for you. You will leave the conversation knowing your next step, whether or not you hire us.
If a family member has been arrested or is being held in ICE custody, tell us immediately when you call. Bond hearings and custody matters move fast, and we prioritize them accordingly.
What to bring to your consultation
You do not need anything to have a first conversation, but the more you can share, the more specific our advice can be. Helpful items include:
- Any court paperwork, citations, or police reports you have received
- Immigration documents: notices from USCIS or the immigration court, prior applications, your passport, I-94, or visa
- A written timeline of events while they are fresh in your memory
- Names and contact information for anyone who witnessed the events
Do not worry if documents are in Spanish or Portuguese. Bring them as they are.
Visiting our Boston office
Our office is in Suite 701 at 2 Oliver Street in Boston’s Financial District, a short walk from Post Office Square. If you are taking the T, State Street, Downtown Crossing, and South Station are all within about a ten minute walk. Parking garages are available nearby in the Financial District.
We built the office to be a comfortable place to talk about hard problems. You will meet with your attorney directly, and consultations are private.
Who we serve
From downtown Boston we represent clients across Massachusetts, including Cambridge, Brockton, Worcester, and the surrounding communities. Criminal defense clients appear in District and Superior Courts throughout the state. Immigration matters are federal, so we handle cases before USCIS, the Boston Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and U.S. consulates abroad no matter where in Massachusetts you live.
