Abrafi Osei-Kofi
Associate Attorney
Abrafi Osei-Kofi is an immigration attorney at Toland Law LLC, where she passionately advocates for individuals and families seeking legal pathways to remain in the United States. As an immigrant from Ghana herself, Abrafi brings both professional skill and personal understanding to her practice, making her a dedicated voice for her clients.
Abrafi earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2020. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, French, and International Studies from Monmouth College, where she first arrived in the United States as an international student. Her personal journey inspired her commitment to immigration law and her desire to support others navigating similar challenges.
During law school, Abrafi gained extensive experience in immigration matters. She interned with the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic, focusing on cases involving the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and asylum. She also served as a legal intern with the Constitutional Law Center for Muslims in America and participated in the University of Florida’s Immigration Clinic, where she worked with survivors of domestic violence.
Since being admitted to practice in 2021, Abrafi has represented clients in a wide range of immigration cases, including family-based visa petitions, asylum applications, and removal defense. Prior to joining Toland Law LLC, she practiced immigration law with a private law firm in Boston for five years, successfully preparing clients for USCIS interviews and achieving favorable outcomes in complex cases before immigration courts.
Abrafi is a member of the New Jersey Bar and continues to be deeply committed to ensuring that immigrant voices are heard and protected.
